Pictured is Harvey, one of our Lead Carpenters. Harvey is digging the footings for this deck following the approved deck design. All footings will be inspected by the township building inspector prior to the pouring of concrete.
After the concrete has set, the deck framing will be constructed using pressure treated lumber. All framing will then be inspected by the township building inspector.
We are at the home of Sharon of Cherry Hill. Sharon wants a new master bathroom, but doesn't like how small the shower is due to a bump out on the left side of the shower wall. When we are asked to remodel, the customer is looking for new plumbing fixtures, ceramic tiles, wall coverings and electrical fixtures. We ask a series of questions to determine their wants and needs. Sharon wants all the above, but really needs a larger shower.
During the renovation of Sharon's master bathroom, we discovered a major plumbing chase on the left side causing the bump out resulting in the small shower size. We were able to re-route the plumbing at an affordable cost to allow us to gain full size of the new shower area.
Also pictured above, is the shower pan liner. After our carpenters Harvey and Bob frame for the shower pan our plumber Bill installed the pan liner. This liner is then filled with water to await an inspection by the township building inspector. This assures the integrity for a leak free shower.
