John and Harvey are working the concrete during the pouring process.  The finished height is finished according to the grading stakes located within the footings.

After the excavation is completed, forms are installed for the footings.  Rebar is used to connect with the existing foundation and for strength.  The footings are inspected by the local building inspector.

The framing continues with the walls and roof sections.  Notice that we use a continuous header on the walls since the sunroom will feature numerous windows, transoms and lower lattice sections.

Bob and John are completing the framing of the floor.  All pressure treated lumber is required in the framing, which will be inspected by the local building inspector for approval.

The master bathroom addition is being added to the existing bedroom area.  Bob our backhoe operator, John and Harvey are performing the excavation on this foundation.  Objects like the central air conditioner and the underground irrigation pipes had to be relocated.

In these two photos are our employees John and Harvey, whom are both lead carpenters, and  have years of experience in foundation construction.

Pictured is Bob, one of our lead carpenters. Bob has finished the decking, handrails and staircase on this project. This deck features the latest in no maintenance Trex products, low voltage accent lighting with staircase riser lights.

After all final inspections by the local building inspection official, this deck will host many family and friendship events.

Pictured is our employee Al, who is a Lead Carpenter and an expert on drywall installations and finishings.  Al is grouting the tile at Sharon's bathroom.  After the grout is completely dry, we will then seal the entire tile and grout surfaces to prevent mold and mildew.
